Our phone line and social media account are always available for service requests. We also cater to services kilometers away from our office. In addition, our office is open to walk-in requests for more detailed discussions with our customers. We have enough tools and resource materials for all sorts of services.
Does your company accept overhead garage door services?
Yes, our staff is capable of repair, replacement, and installation services for overhead garage doors. Note that overhead garage doors are for factories and big buildings. The time duration for these kinds of services may last for weeks and sometimes months.
What is the best material for garage door panels?
Metal, wood, aluminum, and fiberglass have their specific characteristics. All of these materials are great for garage panels. The difference comes in how they are installed and maintained. On our part, we recommend metal. Metal panels are light and are very sturdy for security features.
What type of garage door is best?
There are single panel and sectional panel garage doors. Single panels work best for small garages, and sectionals are mostly for big or overhead garage doors. Homeowners can also choose among swing out, swing up, side to side, or roll up.
How is the payment process?
We require our clients to pay a 30% deposit at the onset, and we require the remaining fee to be settled after our final inspection. We also accept cancellations for which no fees are required. We accept cash and checks.
Is there a fixed price for your services?
No, our service price rates depend on the resources and man power we utilize for finishing the job. Our price rates are affordable and our services are efficient. We make sure that the quality of our work makes your payment worth it.
What are your credentials?

How many staff do you send for repair jobs?
It depends on the type of repair job. There are simple repairs like lubrication or the replacement of parts. These services require 2 to 3 persons. Major repair jobs mostly demand 5 to 7 technicians working simultaneously. Our man power is always sufficient for the services we offer.
Do you need energy supply from the homeowners?
Yes, most of the services we offer demand minimum energy supply. In some cases, however, such as for installation services, we bring our own energy generator for our energy consumption needs. No need to worry; we also take into consideration the energy we consume before finalizing the bill.
Do you provide quarterly maintenance services?
Yes, we do. We actually offer monthly, quarterly, and annual maintenance or inspection services. We keep a record of all the services we provide to all of our clients. We notify them if there is a need for maintenance services.
